Saturday hours are available by appointment only.
During your consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss the procedure you're interested in with Dr. Malik. This also allows Dr. Malik to examine you, take a medical history and evaluate your particular concerns and motivations.

Our office participates with most health insurance plans. We are also a Medicare Assignment Facility. Covered procedures will vary with each insurance company -- our office staff will assist you in determining eligibility. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.
Co-payments/Co-insurances/remaining balances & payments must be rendered at the time of the service. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks or a financing plan through Capital one care credit.
